Please join us on Tuesday, August 26 @ 9:30AM - 2:30PM for a training focused on livestock waste irrigation and Sprayfield management. The training is hands-on and will include the following topics: lagoon sampling, manure irrigation calibration, and pasture and hayfield management. Training will cover how to collect and submit samples, interpret analysis reports, calibrate and report calibration of waste irrigation equipment. The session will also address optimizing timing and rates of application for lagoon maintenance while maintaining hayfield and pasture quality. We will cover application methods including solid-set sprinklers, Aerway dragline, and traveling gun/reel.
This training is ideal for agents and specialists serving livestock producers.
